Program description

Program name: ETX Websites Text Updates

ETX Websites, operated by AMH Holdings LLC ("ETX Websites"), plans to offer text messages to people who request a quote or contact us through etxwebsites.com. Our text message program is not active yet: we are not currently sending text messages, and our website form does not currently ask for text message consent. When text messaging becomes available, you may opt in by checking an optional, unchecked text message consent box on our website form. The consent box covers non-marketing text messages only: replies to your inquiry, and appointment and project updates. We do not plan to send marketing text messages through this program. If we ever offer marketing text messages in the future, we will ask for your separate express consent first, and we will not send them unless you give it.

Consent to receive text messages will not be a condition of any purchase. Submitting our form does not require you to agree to texts.

Opting out and getting help

Once the program is active, you can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or reply "START", and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message frequency and costs

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Once the program is active, message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments and project activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder of the mobile number you provide, and be at least 18 years old.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates.
