Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how ETX Websites, operated by AMH Holdings LLC ("ETX Websites," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit etxwebsites.com, contact us, or, once our text message program is available, receive text messages from us. ETX Websites is operated by AMH Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address and the details you share about your project when you fill out our quote form, call or email us.
• Text message consent records: if you opt in to text messages once that service is available, whether you agreed to receive text messages and when. Our website form does not currently collect text message consent.
• Website, cookie and analytics data: when you visit our site, our website host (Phonesites) and our CRM provider, HighLevel (through its LeadConnector tracking script), may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and approximate location. They may set cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working, measure visits and connect your form submission to your inquiry. See "Cookies and trackers" below.
• Client account information: if you become a client, the information needed to deliver our services and bill you.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and schedule consultations.
• To send appointment reminders, project updates and account notices by phone or email. If you opt in to text messages once that service is available, we may also text you replies to your inquiry and appointment and project updates.
• We do not plan to send marketing text messages. Any future marketing text messages would require your separate express consent.
• To provide, support and bill for our services, and to keep our records.
• To comply with the law and protect our rights.

Cookies and trackers

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies from our service providers:

• Phonesites (our website host) sets a cookie named _phonesites to deliver and operate the site.
• HighLevel / LeadConnector (our CRM provider) runs a site tracking script on our pages, processes the information you submit through our form, and sets session cookies named lc_session_tk_* to measure visits and connect your form submission to your inquiry.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features, including our form, may not work without them.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

We are not currently sending text messages. If you opt in to text messages once that service is available, we will send text messages only to people who have given consent, and only for replies to their inquiry and appointment and project updates (non-marketing messages). See our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (Phonesites), our CRM and messaging platform, HighLevel (LeadConnector), where the information you submit through our form and site tracking data are processed and stored, and email and payment processors, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your choices").

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• Once our text message program is active, reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Contact us to access, correct or delete your information. We respond to requests within 1 business day.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
